Atividades

Executar atendimento de chamados apoiando os usuários nas duvidas das principais rotinas sistêmicas operacionais; Solucionar erros sistêmicos; Abrir e acompanhar chamados TOTVS; Ajudar códigos fintes customizados; Ser peça chave na melhoria do ERP TOTVS Protheus, bem como na implantação de novas funcionalidades com foco na aderência do sistema ao modelo de negócios; Desenvolver customização; Participar de estimativas de esforço, planejamento de projetos e acompanhamento das atividades para garantir a entrega dentro dos prazos estabelecidos; Ser responsável por projetos de desenvolvimento de sistema, com foco em otimização de processos; Ser responsável por projetos de automação e transformação digital de ERP TOTVS Protheus, seguindo as melhores práticas de mercado; Realizar testes rigorosos para garantir a qualidade do software, identificar e corrigir bugs e problemas de desempenho, assegurando que a solução atenda aos padrões de qualidade. 

Requisitos e qualificações

Experiência na função, conhecimento técnico em Protheus módulos materiais, controladoria e PCP, Linguagem Advpl. Banco de Dados SQL, pacote office e windows server.
