Atividades

- Liderar a equipe, atuar em recrutamento de tecnologia e desenvolver estratégias para atrair e selecionar os melhores candidatos;

- Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com os gerentes comerciais e os líderes de projeto para entender as necessidades de recrutamento;

- Desenvolver e implementar processos de recrutamento ágeis, eficazes e com qualidade.

- Administrar o uso de ferramentas de recrutamento e abastecer plataformas de Hunting;

- Atender e monitorar as métricas de recrutamento além de identificar e implementar oportunidades para melhorias em processos e apresentação de candidatos;

- Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos com candidatos e clientes.

Requisitos e qualificações

Experiência sólida em recrutamento de profissionais de tecnologia;

- Vivência em liderança de equipes de recrutamento de TI;

- Conhecimento em ferramentas de hunting e de ATS de recrutamento;

- Habilidades de comunicação, negociação, flexibilização e colaboração;

- Ter trabalhado em um ambiente dinâmico. 

Desejável

- Conhecimento de tecnologias emergentes (IA);

- Inglês intermediário ou avançado;

- Ter participado de implantação de ATS e/ou ERP.
