Descrição da Vaga:

-Prospecção ativa: Entrar em contato com leads via telefone, e-mail ou redes sociais para apresentar a empresa. -Identificação de leads qualificados -Qualificação de leads -Manutenção de registros: Atualizar e organizar informações sobre leads e interações no sistema CRM (Customer Relationship Management). -Monitoramento de métricas: Acompanhar KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), como taxa de conversão, número de contatos feitos e reuniões agendadas. -Relacionamento inicial: Estabelecer uma relação inicial positiva com os leads para criar um impacto favorável. -Agendamento de reuniões

Requisitos:

>Residir em Porto Alegre Conhecimentos Técnicos: -Experiência de trabalho em Call Center e Vendas Ativas- -Informática básica: uso de sistemas CRM, digitação, e-mail, e ferramentas de chat. -Familiaridade com softwares específicos de Call Center (desejável). -Conhecimento básico do produto ou serviço da empresa (será treinado, mas é bom ter interesse). Habilidades de Comunicação: -Boa dicção e fluência verbal. -Capacidade de ouvir e compreender as necessidades dos clientes. -Escrita clara e objetiva (para atendimentos via e-mail ou chat). Competências Comportamentais: -Paciência e empatia. -Resiliência para lidar com situações desafiadoras. -Organização e capacidade de gerenciar o tempo. -Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
