Descrição da Vaga:

Prestar serviços de apoio administrativo à rotinas dos condomínios, emissão de boletos de cobrança das cotas condominiais, controle de pagamentos das despesas, solicitação de orçamentos, organização de documentos, conferência de planilhas, fazer contato com profissionais via e-mail/telefone, realizar agendamentos.

Requisitos:

Experiência na área condominial. Ter conhecimento dos programas Word, webmail, sistema ERP imobiliário. Capacidade de organização e raciocínio. Bom relacionamento interpessoal, atenção, concentração. É fundamental ter comprometimento com o trabalho e com a empresa, assiduidade e empenho para finalizar as tarefas.

Escolaridade Mínima:

Ensino Médio

Jornada de Trabalho:

Segunda a sexta das 07:55 às 17:43 com 1 hora de intervalo para almoço.
