ATENÇÃO: Todas as nossas vagas também são extensivas a Pessoa com Deficiência (PCD) Responsabilidades: "Acompanhamento e Correção de Exercícios: Supervisionar os alunos durante os treinos, garantindo a execução correta dos exercícios para evitar lesões e otimizar os resultados. Avaliação Física: Realizar avaliações físicas periódicas (como bioimpedância)para acompanhar a evolução dos alunos Orientação sobre Técnicas e Equipamentos: Ensinar o uso correto de máquinas e pesos livres, bem como técnicas adequadas de alongamento e aquecimento. Motivação e Suporte: Motivar os alunos a atingirem suas metas, oferecendo suporte e incentivando-os ao longo do processo de treinamento. Monitoramento de Progressos: Anotar e monitorar os progressos dos alunos, ajustando os treinos conforme necessário para garantir a evolução contínua. Segurança e Manutenção: Garantir que o ambiente de treino esteja seguro, ajudando a evitar acidentes, e cuidar da organização dos equipamentos."
