  • Executar o Plano de Transferência dos produtos acabados entre as Fábricas (CDIs) e Centros de Distribuição Avançados (CDAs) , com base em um Plano S&OP e uma política de estoque, levando em consideração as capacidades de carga e descarga de cada origem/destino.
  • Garantir que a informação das coberturas, cargas em trânsito e riscos da operação, chegue ao conhecimento dos CDAs e até a área Comercial.
  • Garantir que as capacidades da operação de transferências estão alinhadas com a realidade, a cada atualização do Plano de Transferência, além de ajudar a manter a matriz de alocação standard atualizada.
  • Analisar a viabilidade financeira das transferências fora da matriz original de alocação, além de persuadir as áreas interfaces a seguir o melhor custo benefício.
  • Buscar efetivamente novas oportunidades de redução de custo dentro da malha operada. Garantir o equilíbrio do atendimento entre os canais de Vendas, com foco nos CDAs,
  • Liderar o processo de gerenciamento de riscos diário (DCS), com foco em serviço e custos, além de garantir a efetividade das ações.
  • Manter forte integração com o time de Customer Service / CDAs + área Comercial, afim garantir o serviço e entender as demandas adicionais ao Plano de Transferência.
  • Liderar os times de melhoria continua (TPM) da área de DRP, além de garantir a disseminação do conhecimento para os demais analistas.
