Descrição do Cargo:

O Chefe Técnico de Perecíveis é responsável por garantir a qualidade e segurança dos produtos perecíveis em conformidade com as normas vigentes.

Responsabilidades:
  • Supervisionar a equipe técnica no controle de qualidade dos produtos perecíveis;
  • Desenvolver e implementar procedimentos para garantir a segurança alimentar dos produtos;
  • Realizar inspeções e auditorias internas para assegurar o cumprimento das normas sanitárias;
  • Colaborar com fornecedores na melhoria contínua dos processos de produção de alimentos perecíveis;
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre legislação e regulamentações relacionadas a produtos perecíveis.

Requisitos:
  • Ensino Médio Completo;
  • Experiência prévia na indústria de alimentos perecíveis;
  • Conhecimento das normas de segurança alimentar;
  • Habilidade de liderança e trabalho em equipe;
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de resolução de problemas.
