The Program Support Associate will be part of Marketplace operations and expansion in Brazil. The job requires someone who has a larger picture of customer and seller experience in mind and a high willingness to take ownership. You will be responsible for ensuring a world class Seller experience in one of Amazon’s fastest growing business and highest impact initiatives.

Your role will be focused on contacting existing selling partners, deeply understand their operational challenges, and provide personalized support to help them thrive on our platform.

Through frequent and proactive engagement, you will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring our sellers have a comprehensive understanding of Amazons products, services, systems, and tools. By actively listening to their feedback and pain points, you will become a crucial conduit for surfacing opportunities to enhance our offerings and improve internal processes.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Transportation, Sales, and Seller Support, you will work to address the needs of our sellers and drive the smooth, scalable growth of our Marketplace business. Your ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and propose impactful solutions will be key to your success in this dynamic role.

The right candidate will need a strong knowledge of Fulfillment by Amazon processes, with a strong bias for action to proactively pursue program objectives and analytical mindset for finding root cause and proposing solutions. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.

Main responsibilities are: (1) Use strong FBA processes and business knowledge to properly resolve sellers issues and blockers, (2) Establish strong seller relationships, (3) Gather seller feedback, (4) Drive continuous improvement, (5) Facilitate cross-functional collaboration

o Proactively reach out to and engage with current selling partners on a regular basis
o Quickly identify and address any operational or technical issues faced by sellers
o Effectively communicate seller feedback to cross-functional teams
