Atividades:
  • Dar suporte no controle e na organização das rotinas administrativas da hotelaria;
  • Responsabilizar-se pelo correto cumprimento do fluxo administrativo do setor, por meio de confecção de relatórios diversos, distribuição de documentos e arquivos, auxílio na confecção das escalas de plantão, bem como interfacear com o setores de Recursos Humanos e Departamento Pessoal no que tange as necessidades regulamentares dos funcionários;
  • Manter a agenda de horários das chefias atualizada, de modo a garantir o cumprimento dos respectivos compromissos internos e externos.
