Principais Atividades e Responsabilidades:
Interpretar projetos e especificações técnicas;
Acompanhar a execução das obras e reformas;
Realizar vistorias técnicas e levantar serviços;
Elaborar Relatórios técnicos;
Coordenar equipe de trabalho, orientando e direcionando a realização dos trabalhos;
Acompanhar prazos e cronogramas;
Solicitar e especificar materiais;
Fiscalizar a execução de obras prediais de natureza civil e hidráulica;
Zelar pelo bom uso com ferramental, veículos, tudo que estiver relacionado a Obra;
Fiscalizar o uso dos EPIs da equipe.

Certificação Conhecimento

Técnico em Edificações ou cursando Engenharia Civil, a partir do 3º semestre;
CNH
Vaga destinada a candidatos moradores da região da Grande Florianópolis.

Horário de Trabalho

De segunda a sexta-feira, das 06 às 16h, com 01 hora de intervalo. Sábados conforme necessidade do trabalho.
