Responsabilidade e atribuições:


• Criar, atualizar e evoluir protótipos e fluxos de telas nos produtos com front interno (em Figma);


• Apoiar projetos transversais com visão de usabilidade e consistência visual;


• Conduzir pesquisas rápidas (entrevistas internas e testes de usabilidade);


• Participar de workshops e alinhamentos com stakeholders para entender necessidades e validar soluções;


• Garantir a padronização e acessibilidade das interfaces, alinhadas ao Design System;


• Atuar junto às áreas técnicas, colaborando na entrega de soluções de ponta a ponta.

Requisitos e qualificações:


• Experiência sólida como UX ou Product Designer Pleno;


• Domínio de Figma (componentes, prototipagem, auto layout, Design System);


• Conhecimento prático em usabilidade;


• Boa comunicação e habilidade para traduzir requisitos de negócio em soluções visuais;


• Organização e autonomia para gerenciar backlog de demandas.

Diferenciais:


• Experiência em fintechs, empresas de BaaS ou produtos B2B;


• Conhecimento em UX Writing e Design System.
