Desenvolver e capacitar equipes;
Garantir o cumprimento de custo, prazo e qualidade da obra;
Desenvolver capacidade de planejamento, organização e solução de problemas das equipes;
Acompanhar a viabilidade técnico-econômico, realizando análises , diagnósticos e prognósticos referentes ao custo da obra e serviços;
Controlar os orçamentos, planejar apropriação de custos diretos e indiretos;
Gerir os custos e fluxo de caixa das obras;
Realizar reuniões de planejamento em campo;
Validar orçamentos e planejamento de custos do empreendimento em todas as fases da obra;
Analisar o desempenho e resultados dos projetos em andamento (com visitas in loco / canteiro de obras);
Monitorar os desvios, abrangendo evolução física, financiamento à produção, incorrido e à incorrer;
Consolidar resultados mensalmente.

Certificação Conhecimento

Pós/MBA;
Disponibilidade para viagens e mudanças;
Atuação no segmento de Construção Civil.
