Responsável pelo suporte às atividades de cobrança das unidades Serra e Admiral, com foco em atendimento a clientes, controle de inadimplência, emissão de documentos financeiros e ações de regularização via Serasa e cartório. Atua de forma organizada e ágil na execução dos processos administrativos relacionados à recuperação de crédito.

 

  • Realização de cobrança ativa das unidades Serra e Admiral  
  • Atendimento a clientes internos e externos para negociação e esclarecimentos  
  • Inclusão e exclusão de clientes no Serasa  
  • Emissão de boletos e notas fiscais de cobrança  
  • Processos de prorrogação de vencimentos e devoluções de valores  
  • Acompanhamento de clientes da DÁvila
  • Baixar os boletos que foram cancelados em todos os bancos.  
  • Elaboração de cartas de anuência para regularizações de protesto  
  • Relacionamento com cartórios externos para tratativas de títulos protestados  
  • Experiência com cobrança e rotinas administrativas financeiras  
  • Conhecimento em Serasa, cartório e emissão de boletos/NFs  
  • Organização, atenção a prazos e boa comunicação  
  • Habilidade com sistemas e portais de clientes
