Atividades:
Apoiar no atendimento de clientes que solicitam segunda via de boletos e notas fiscais, por meio de WhatsApp, telefone e e-mail;
Auxiliar no acompanhamento da carteira de cobrança, incluindo títulos protestados;
Apoiar no envio e atualização de informações junto a assessoria de cobrança;
Realizar solicitações de anuências via Cenprot e encaminhar ao cliente;
Realizar consultas de CNPJs (matriz e filiais) e CPFs nos primeiros dias do mês e organizar e salvar os arquivos na nuvem.
Cursando graduação em Administração, Processos Gerenciais, Gestão Financeira ou áreas afins;
Conhecimentos básicos em Pacote Office (principalmente excel).
