Descrição da Vaga
Atribuições:
Prestar auxílio aos técnicos de implantação de redes nas atividades básicas e diárias, conforme orientação;
Auxiliar na instalação e montagem de infraestrutura para lançamento e passagem de cabeamento óptico;
Prestar auxílio aos técnicos no suporte técnico e ajudar os clientes na solução de problemas, visando o atendimento de suas necessidades, com cortesia e presteza;
Auxiliar no diagnóstico de possíveis problemas de conexão, ver sinal de fibra e fazer testes de velocidade e banda;
Buscar sempre o cumprimento da escala de trabalho em casos de manutenções emergenciais em infraestrutura e rede de fibra, conforme programação.
Requisitos:
Conhecimento em equipamentos de medição, emendas ópticas, lançamento de cabo óptico, fibra óptica, fusão, instalação e manutenção de caixas de emendas ópticas e configuração de roteadores;
Disponibilidade para realizar plantão;
Disponibilidade para viagens.
Desejável:
NR10 e NR35.
