DESAFIOS DA ÁREA: Viabilizar os processos relacionados aos pagamentos de fornecedores conforme os procedimentos internos; Realizar o agendamento e execução de translado de acordo com as informações apresentadas; Atender as solicitações para execução de manutenção predial, para manter a unidade em ordem, oferecendo um ambiente propício aos colaboradores; Alimentar no sistema específico os dados de controle da frota de veículos da Unidade; Efetuar a solicitação de manutenção das máquinas e equipamentos (bebedouros e máquinas de café) locados pela Unidade; Cumprir as determinações estabelecidas nas normas e procedimentos da Empresa; Cumprir normas e padrões de segurança e proteção do meio ambiente na realização de suas atividades; Desenvolver ou executar outras atividades correlatas a critério do superior imediato; REQUISITOS:
  • Ensino Superior cursando: Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis e áreas afins;
  • Proatividade e Dinamismo;
  • Conhecimento no Pacote Office (Excel avançado);
  • Disponibilidade de horário;
  • Carteira de habilitação (diferencial).
