Aqui na VMI Security você será responsável pelas atividades de orçamento, formação de preço, analise de custos, elaborando relatórios financeiros, desenvolvendo procedimentos e supervisionando a coleta de dados para a consolidação das informações, bem como, elaborar o custos de modo que as metas orçamentárias sejam atingíveis e que toda a estrutura organizacional esteja comprometida com o mesmo.

Atividades a serem realizadas:

  • Preparar, analisar e criticar o orçamento empresarial da empresa, bem como fazer reuniões quando necessário, para garantir o cumprimento do mesmo e o resultado da empresa;
  • Acompanhar, analisar e criticar os indicadores de desempenho da empresa, a fim de ajustar as atividades, lembrando e trazendo novamente as metas definidas;
  • Realizar rateio, via sistema, dos custos e despesas da empresa entre as Unidades de Negócios, melhorando as informações para análise dos resultados por ramo de atuação, possibilitando melhorias na tomada de decisão;
  • Garantir o desempenho do modulo PCO (Planejamento e Controle Orçamentário), visando sempre melhorar os processos.
