Sobre a Vaga:

Estamos em busca de um Vendedor Interno (Inside Sales) altamente motivado para atuar diretamente no fechamento de vendas e no follow-up de leads. Se você tem perfil persuasivo, focado em resultados e gosta de trabalhar com metas, essa vaga é para você!

Responsabilidades:

Realizar follow-up ativo com leads qualificados via telefone, WhatsApp e e-mail.

Conduzir negociações e fechar vendas de forma consultiva.

Registrar interações no sistema e manter um pipeline atualizado.

Analisar objeções dos clientes e propor soluções estratégicas.

Requisitos:

Experiência em vendas internas, inside sales ou telemarketing ativo.

Habilidade em negociação, persuasão e argumentação.

Conhecimento em técnicas de fechamento e objeções.

Familiaridade com sistemas ERP e CRM.

Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita.

Diferenciais:

Experiência com vendas B2B e B2C.

Conhecimento em metodologias Funil de Vendas.

Ter atuado no segmento de locação de máquinas e equipamentos.

Inicio imediato

*Remuneração:* Fixo R$ 1.900 + VT + Cesta básica + comissão + bonificação por meta global.

Faixa de remuneração de R$ 2.200 à R$ 2.800 (fixo + comissão) de acordo com desempenho pessoal.

*Horário de trabalho:* 7:30h às 17h e aos sábados das 7:30h às 11:30h
