Planejar, desenvolver e executar conteúdos estratégicos para as redes sociais da marca, com foco em fortalecimento de imagem, posicionamento e engajamento orgânico.

Responsabilidades

  • Planejar estrategicamente o conteúdo das redes sociais, alinhado ao posicionamento da marca e ao calendário promocional;
  • Realizar a captação de vídeos e fotos no dia a dia (bastidores, produtos, demonstrações, etc.), garantindo boa estética e coerência visual;
  • Fazer a edição básica de vídeos e imagens para publicação nas redes, utilizando ferramentas como CapCut, InShot, Canva, ou similares;
  • Adaptar os conteúdos para diferentes formatos e plataformas (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), respeitando as boas práticas de cada canal;
  • Criar textos e legendas que transmitam autoridade, qualidade e proximidade com o público da marca;
  • Acompanhar tendências de formatos e narrativas nas redes para aplicá-las ao universo da beleza de forma relevante e atualizada;
  • Manter a padronização visual da marca em todos os conteúdos, em parceria com o time de design quando necessário.

Qualificações

Formação Acadêmica

  • Graduação em Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação Social ou Jornalismo.

Experiência

  • Experiencia prévia em planejamento e gestão de redes sociais.
