ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Paralegal to join our SHEIN Brazil legal team. You will support day-to-day legal demands, organizing documents, SLAs and payments, and helping ensure compliance and efficiency in all legal processes.

Responsabilities

  • Review and track subsidy requests sent to China, monitoring all legal and response deadlines
  • Support the preparation and analysis of returned subsidies
  • Draft and send responses to official letters
  • Organize and archive digital documents for easy access
  • Liaise with external law firms, regulators and industry entities
  • Help monitor and follow up on area payments

Requirements:

  • Degree completed or in progress in Law, Business Administration or related fields
  • Previous experience in a corporate legal department or law firm
  • Familiarity with legal-management systems and document organization
  • Strong communication, analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office and knowledge of legal tools

Nice to have:

  • Experience in fashion, retail or e-commerce
  • Intermediate or advanced English
  • OAB-licensed lawyer is a plus
