Responsibilities

  • You have a strong background in optical networking (more than 10 years), with expertise in DWDM and OTN technologies.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in complex, ambiguous environments while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Your primary role is to act as Nokias technical interface with the client, preparing technically and commercially competitive proposals.
  • You will collaborate with Post-Sales teams and Product Line Managers across the globe, requiring strong English communication skills.
  • You will contribute to defining customer solution roadmaps and priorities, aligning our solution strategies with customer needs and budgets.
  • You will analyze customer requirements and propose solutions to non-standard queries.
  • You will provide expertise in solution architecture during the early phases of opportunity development, working directly with customers.
  • You will identify technical risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • You will support the bid team in offer development, including solution descriptions, Scope of Work (SoW), Bill of Quantity (BoQ), and Statement of Compliance (SoC).
  • Automation is transforming the transport industry by reducing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Knowledge in this area is highly desirable—please highlight your relevant experience.
