A função

  • Suporte à área de relacionamento com o cliente;
  • Processos de melhoria e desenvolvimento de relatórios gerenciais para a liderança;
  • Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua e governança;
  • Liderar e facilitar os processos internos como ponto focal da gestão de portifólio e resultado;
  • Definir e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) financeiros e operacionais, alinhados aos objetivos estratégicos da empresa;
  • Gerar dashboards em PowerBI com indicadores relevantes das áreas que facilitem tomadas de decisão;
  • Construir bases de dados estruturados, confiáveis e atuais de forma clara, didática e abrangente para embasar a tomada de decisão (business cases, painéis de dados, análise de cenários e riscos, entre outros).

Os requisitos

  • Graduação cursando em Contabilidade, Administração, Economia ou áreas afins;
  • Excel Intermediário/Avançado;
  • Inglês será um diferencial;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de BI (Power BI);
  • Boa comunicação, organização e autonomia para trabalho híbrido;
  • Capacidade de análise de dados para propor melhorias;
  • Capacidade de relacionar-se de maneira colaborativa, articulada, construtiva e em equipe.
