- Anexar os comprovantes das vendas no sistema de gestão para conferência e posterior conclusão da venda;
- Fechar o caixa da recepção diariamente e repassar ao financeiro e providenciar depósito de dinheiro em espécie e cheques;
- Corrigir diariamente as notas fiscais que não foram transmitidas;
- Conferir material entregue confrontando com os dados da Nota fiscal e dar o aceite no sistema de gestão para que os itens sejam disponibilizados no estoque;
- Emitir relatório de caixa mensal, anexando todos os documentos da movimentação do caixa;
- Enviar para o financeiro todas as contas digitalizando as mesmas, assim que chegarem e posteriormente encaminhara via malote;
- Realizar a contagem de estoque de aparelhos auditivos e acessórios, quinzenalmente;
- Preparar material para o envio de SEDEX e fazer a conferência de recebimento de SEDEX;
- Confirmar horários dos clientes no dia anterior ao agendamento de maneira a preencher todos os horários;
- Atender aos clientes conforme suas necessidades de comunicação, pessoalmente/por telefone/ WhatsApp;
