Conduzir o planejamento e o controle físico-financeiro de obras de alta complexidade, assegurando o cumprimento de prazos, custos e padrões de qualidade, com foco em projetos de Data Centers e empreendimento hospitalares;
Estruturar a EAP e elaborar cronogramas detalhados em Primavera P6 (mandatório) e MS Project;
Desenvolver curva S, histogramas de recursos, análises de caminho crítico e cenários;
Conduzir o planejamento de médio e curto prazo (metodologia Last Planner / look-ahead);
Acompanhar avanço físico, medições, reprogramações e reportar variações de prazo e custo;
Integrar informações de planejamento com orçamento, suprimentos e produção;
Apoiar na elaboração de relatórios executivos e em reuniões de acompanhamento com clientes e stakeholders.
Graduação em Engenharia Civil;
Atuação em empresas do segmento de Construção Civil;
Experiência em projetos de Data Center e obras hospitalares/EPC;
Domínio do software Primavera P6 (imprescindível);
Disponibilidade para viagens e mudanças;
Inglês avançado será considerado diferencial.
